Some of that kind of GUI expereience is going to be part of the Orcas
VS release and presumably CodeGear sometime thereafter. You design the
user interface in much the same way you would design other computer art
via a design tool. You may include 3D animation if you like. Some of
the demos I have seen are pretty impressive, from a GUI context.
