FTR, I don't recall talking about Morfik's scalability on this thread.
FWIW, I would bet that Morfik will be able to "scale enough" for 90% of
the sites out there. Often times, enough means just 1 server. :)
Although from their docs, I believe they do say their server is
stateless so adding a few servers, in theory, should work. And one
could scale with stateful servers anyway using something like octagate.
Regardless, I don't believe Morfik is targeting the fortune 1000 and
that's fine. I think for most companies a single server will work and
work well.
Relaxin obviously took this as a put down, which it was not intended to be. I have seen far too many people, start with such a wizard/tool and get themselves into problems, because they do not bother to understand the technology at the basic level.
