BDS 2007 ETA?

Anyone know what the eta for BDS 2007 is (or highlander or whatever its
called)? I'm trying to decide if I should upgrade to 2006, or if its only
going to be a month or two, wait for 2007. Is there a summary of what will
be in 2007 somewhere?
