I'm just wondering what new it would bring to the party. Why bother making
a new W32 development tool when you've already got the best in the world
anyway?
And who would really want it? If you've learned C# then you are already a
..NET developer. There is no reason to deliberately avoid the .NET runtime
unless you want to target your product at Windows 95 machines. And that
doesn't happen very often, surely?
Just my thoughts.
