Unicode.
NET support in Delphi is unimportant since we use Visual Studio for that.
And Kylix ? You must be joking. It has been deader than the dodo for years and is completely irrelevant to Linux programmers. The only ones who would want to use it are Win32 programmers who occassionally dabble in Linux. It was never a linux centric tool.
