Sure, might be a few die hards who need kylix for forward porting of applications. But just selling 200 copies of Kylix will not be finanically viable .

The real question is would it attract new Linux programmers ?
Why would any linux programmers be foolish enough to start development with a Pascal based, ide that is distribution dependent from a notoriously untrustworthy company ? No, they have a snowball's in hell of getting market share in Linux.
