Actuality I have a server developed using DataSnap COM+, but to transfer
files it is SLOW!
Now I will convert the current server to a TCP server to try improve the
transfer speed.
I already have use the indy to create TCP servers running as a NT Service.
The ICS is more hard then indy...
I will use INDY!

Who is better, ICS or Indy 10, to work with TCP protocol?
Typically your operating system will provide the Transport Layer
interaction, which is what TCP is used for. Both ICS and Indy work at the
application layer, which is the level above that. And they have their
strengths and weaknesses. What exactly where you going to do?
