kilyx

just my IMHO:

1) erase CLX from Kylix, and any of the visual classes, so the IDE
2) put efforts on the compiler, RTL, DBExpress (indeed it's already cross-compiler, why do not use it?), update it as the win32 counterpart with generics, new code gen, bugs solving, etc.
3) make it compilable within the IDE of Win32, or command line native linux

Then the community will bring gtk+ widgets headers support, and XUL components, etc. for the GUI: a closed company cannot stay updated to the speed of the linux gui evolving, so it's better focalize yourself on a strong backend, then the linux base will do the rest (as "embed" the compiler inside other GUI as KDEV, etc.)
