I have the same exact problem. I bought the Turbo Delphi Pro for WIN and there is no download link on the order page. I bought it on 2/5 and have traded support emails and talked to support on the phone. It has now been 3 days since I last spoke when they said they would escalate and get back to me.

Is Borland having problems with all orders off their own website?
