Unable to locate component., D7

My computer practically melted down. We have it up and running now, and I didn't have to re-install anything except Outlook, and that happened automatically (whew!).

When I launch Delphi, I get:
This application failed to start because dss70.bpl was not found.

Whenever I load a project, I get:
Can't load package c:\program files\borland\delphi7\Bir\dcldss70.bpl

Anyway, I can compile and run my projects, but I would like to get rid of these errors. Perhaps it is because the above path has Bir instead of Bin.

What can I do to get rid of the error? I do not want to re-install Delphi, because then I will spend at least a week (that I don't have) re-installing hundreds of components.

Thanks,
Jon
