See above. It might make sense in the future when there is no such
thing as "Turbo Pro", but by definition (upgrade) we are talking about
EXISTING Turbo Pro users.


It's deja vu all over again. (then it was D7 -> Turbos, now its Turbo
Pro -> Delphi Pro)
