StarTeam??

We're a mixed Delphi/Perl shop and we're looking at switching everything
over to Delphi, finally.. I was holding off buying BDS2006 for our other
programmer until the March virtual conference because of the discounts, but
now with Delphi 2007 coming out its really all we need. However I'm finally
getting around to installing StarTeam that came with BDS2006 and was
planning on moving away from FreeVCS, its served me quite well for myself,
but I need something more feature complete now. Since Delphi 2007 doesn't
appear to come with a StarTeam license, should I be spending time setting it
up or look for something else? As far as bug/feature/helpdesk tracking I've
been eyeing up OnTime 2007.
