Precisely the point of NOT calling it Delphi For PHP.

The stigma surrounding the Delphi brand and name is going to be a huge
hurdle to jump for this product. In my opinion,a new non-Delphi related
name would have made more sense and garnered MUCH more positive
attention rather than the negative attention the naming has gotten since
the announcement.

Sure the rags are going to say it is a great product, but so IS Delphi
and it still has a cloud over it's head because it's not Microsoft.
