Does Delphi 2007 Win32 upgrade the Win32 personality in my BDS2006?

Like the title says, does the Delphi 2007 win32 upgrade that has been
announced upgrade my existing BDS2006 Win32 personality? I paid way too
much for BDS2005 and spend what I considered very good money on BDS2006 and
am pleased the bugs have been fixed. Now with Vista programming, I am
hoping that this new upgrade is just that, an upgrade to the current
personality in BDS2006.

I tried searching the newsgroups but my news reader sucks (OE). I would
think it would be a good time for CodeGear to buy a copy of VBulletin and
host a respectable forum now with updated tools. Just a thought.
