Same problem here.
Sent email about the problem, waiting for a response. Was
hoping to find a solution here.
Also sent an email and cc'd Michael Swindell, no response from
either. It's only been about 24 hours but after hearing of
others getting the problem fixed in an hour I was hopefull.
