I can assure you that we didn't charge you that.

I never said you guys did, sorry if it seemed that way. I only complain
that when you buy it from the online store:

1. you are given the impression there wouldn't be any *custom fees*,
after all that's why you type in a specific address to begin with:
shop.borland.ca If this however is just a stupid make-up, than well,
digital river sucks once again. I won't be shopping there any more.

2. since you have to put there your address, so it can be shipped, it
would be good at least a hint of what any custom fees might be charged.
I am sure it can be done. I've seen similar quotes elsewhere in the
past.
