Any news on ESD->ISO? (for Nick Hodges)

Any progress on this?
Also, preferably with an option *not* to copy that 1.5 GB or so cache to the C: drive! :)
I tried a few "tricks" already but it looks as if the Setup.exe has some hardcoded paths, something in the like of "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\{AB3EC276-D261-4943-A921-1CC1C6799AED}"...
