If I go to a webshop that ends with .no, I don't expect to pay customs
on whatever I buy, I expect the store to incorporate that cost into
the final price. If this is not the case, I expect to see a clear
warning (as in huge bold red letters) _or_ the exact amount on the
final ordering screen, along with shipping (before I finally commit
the order).
