It's a typical screw up by Canada Customs. Some illiterate working a
dead-end federal government job had a bad day/chosen career path and
decided to take it on you. Next time vote for a government that will slash
the bureaucracy and put these bums out on the street.

I ordered ESD with the media kit and I _never_ expect anything across the
border without paying a bit to keep the lazy buggers in the Senate in clean
linen napkins. Having ordered ESD I should beat the hit on that at least.
