Where do you live and where did you order?


I live in Toronto/CAN and I ordered from shop.borland.ca.

You live in Toronto. You ordered from borland.CA.

My question is. WHY do you need to pay for customs when
you're ordering it from a Canadian store?

Now after going to borland.ca, I feel that instead of
borland.ca taking your order, your order is from borland.com,
which, as you know, is in the States.

If you go to Borland.com, and click on the "Global Sites",
you don't see Canada in the list. Surprising, ain't it?

So I believe the borland.com order was actually made in
the States and thus, the customs. But, the question
remains. Where you charged in Canadian or American?
