why you type in a specific address to begin with:
shop.borland.ca

IIRC ... clicking on purchase [or just about anything else] reroutes you to
borland.com - the .ca thing is little more than smoke and mirrors. Guess it's
more like a shell game, in your instance. I haven't bothered with the .ca
site for a couple of years but I did go through it to order D7. Pretty sure
it was during that process that I realized that I actually did ended up in
Kansas [or somewhere down there] :-)
