David, there's a very simple way: just backup the *whole* "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\{AB3EC276-D261-4943-A921-1CC1C6799AED}" folder and, to install on the new machine, just place that folder in the same place. If you then launch the setup from that folder, it will re-download only whatever is missing, such as the .net 2.0 framework if that 2nd machine does not have it installed and the first one did. Just don't forget to copy the folder to the same place or the install will insist in re-downloading everything again!

I used this process to install a 2nd copy on a Virtual Machine so as to always have a "clean" installation to test bug reports before submitting them to QC.
