Oops, I was wrong.
Regardless, I can well imagine your frustration, most of us have been through
it with one thing or another that ends up coming across the border. I haven't
the foggiest as to where _exactly_ your problem started except to say that
they _really_ should fix that .CA shell. Either it is a valid, full fledged,
remote site -or- it isn't - if it isn't then take it down. Most of us Cdns
[thems with an ed-u-ma-kay-shun] are clever enough to get to the US site all
by ourselves. I don't expect we're a significant portion of their customer
base up here [coding away in our igloos] but then there are many countries
around the world that have to purchase from somewhere else. I guess the final
point of it is though they [probably] don't start off thinking that they are
ordering from a local site. At least we do get the product at the advertised
US price [adding ~15% for conversion + ~15% for duties and taxes] so, it
could be even worse - you see _that_ here all the time.
