Are you sure it's different? It was the same for me in two different machines. I think that that GUID is "fixed" in the product and not "generated" on the machine... Yet, even if it's different, you can still abort the setup after it creates the initial directory and just copy the folders there. It should detect them there and not re-download again...
Still, this is just one more of though rough edges not thought of before releasing... They might as well have simply gone for the ISOs: most people will want to install everything anyway, so having 8 different ISOs available for download would not have *that* much impact... Just look at how many linux distros are around each with several GBs worth of CDs/DVDs...
Now, because of that bad idea for releasing, they're scratching their heads trying to figure out a solution for it!
