(IIRC) you are complaining about does indeed work out to 6% GST +
8%PST of the purchase price plus shipping (in CDN $).

That's what customs fees are in every country, goods taxes.

Yes. But when I actually think I bought from a Canadian store, I expect
a *one* time charge, that's the what you bill me, period. I see the
full price right there, before I click "Ok, charge me". If I order
stuff from www.ncix.com, the Canadian store, I will be charged online,
including all taxes, that's final price. I get a delivery and don't
have to pay a dime more.

It's a complete waste of time to have a website
