Well, since I tried on a clean machine, no other GUID was there! :)
I think, but can't be sure, that this should be a fixed value from the creators of the setup, i.e., CodeGear, for this product. If it's random generated, then the only thing you can check is the registry in here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MimarSinan\InstallAware\Ident.Cache\
{B7031148-C6E7-40F6-A978-EED2E77E7D1B}

In there, there's only 1 default value that points to that folder above, so it may be that {B7031148-C6E7-40F6-A978-EED2E77E7D1B} is the "fixed" value and that {AB3EC276-D261-4943-A921-1CC1C6799AED} is generated on the client machine... Just guessing though...
