It allows you to save an XML file with a "snapshot" and later compare that to either the "live" tree or to another snapshot. I also use TreeSize Pro all the time to find out where my disk space is being wasted and get rid of the offending files (such as the cached install files for .NET 2.0 SDK which accounts for another 600 MB. That and the Delphi 2007 cache equals *only* 2 GB of cached install files!
