As noted earlier, putting .../Indy9 in the path solves my immediate problem.

I took a look at your report referenced below and found about 12 instances
of 'bdsgroup' on my hard drive. Should I change all instances or only
particular ones?

I changed only '.../alldemos.bdsgroup' to '.../alldemos.dproj', and that
changed the error message but did not solve the problem. Should I change
all the others or just some of them?
