Piracy is 0% or 100%, no in between....

What if 98% of people buy it and only 2% pirate it, is that 0% piracy or
100% piracy? What if 100,000 people buy D2007 but one person lends his
computer to his grandmother for a week and she does a bit of coding, what
percentage is that? :-)
