Re: Hmmm? Delphi (BDS 2006 Enterprise) is not visible in taskman

This seems to be a side-effect of installing D2007: The Delphi
packages are replaced with a version which has this bug. As you've
discovered, minimizing the IDE is a workaround. I hope CodeGear will
release a service pack soon which fixes this. I'm pretty sure the bug
is already in QC.
