Yes; the component you're using isn't in Pro.

The feature matrix document is a little bit unclear in this, on page 11 it says "DataSnap/MIDAS multi-tier database application framework" for Enterprise and Pro, so i hoped it is possible to use it for development and upgrade to Enterprise later if we need start to deploy the application.

But it is not a problem since we need D2007 currently only to prepare the migration to BDS 2007, .NET and Interbase 2007 with Unicode support in dbExpress (which has been announced afaik but not for a specific release).
