The wording of the reference you gave (it is suggested by others - I
have yet to read it myself) is concerned with creating "expectations".
So if you disclaim the roadmap in the usual way, you can discount the
possibility of creating expectation by the presence of a statement that
no expectations should be derived from the information contained here-
in.
