Re: The Delphi Hour

Dave,

Which part of "Selling goods from the EU to the USA under EU law" = "No need
to fill out any kind of US forms" don't you understand? We are in the
EU, bound only to EU law, and only do business under EU law.

It's great that you fill out those forms. Our corporation doesn't fill
out tax forms without a tax lawyer. Should be understandable.

we can not sign
any US forms that have "you will be killed on the border the next time
you traveled in if anything in this isn't accurate" kind of remarks.

There's no such thing on the W8.

I congratulate you that you understand US law texts. I, however, don't
know what "267(b)", "707(b)", "notional principal contracts" etc means,
don't want to know, don't need to know, won't take the risk to sign
wrongly filled out legal documents.

Simple logic: All other corporations in the USA we did business with
for the last 5 years have been able to simply pay for their invoices
for electronically delivered goods. If CodeGear is unable to do that,
they simply shouldn't BUY from us, right? Or, at least, don't use
the unlicensed software.

Simon
