This roadmap doesn't look like you focusing on your own customer's requests.
If one considers the "Top 10 Voted For Delphi" in qc,
one would probably conclude that your customer's want:

1) native 64-bit compiler/IDE that targets AMD64 and Intel's 64-bit (IA-32e) extensions 789
2) Firebird support for DBExpress 545
3) Delphi VCL Controls for Win32 should support unicode 212
4) When using SQL Server Decimal data type Delphi uses TBCDField instead of TFMTBcdField 182
5) Please include source code for all dbExpress drivers. 174
6) Parameterized Types (aka Generics) also for Win32/64 (not only .Net 2.0) 141
7) The infamous WITH resolution 107
8) Add undo/redo in form designer 98
9) Please make dbExpress updates to be available separately from IDE/VCL updates

I'm actually surprise that a native 64-bit compiler IS NOT your first priority.
After all, most of your Delphi customers probably do NATIVE development.
One would think you would focus on your "core" first.
