Delphi, .NET and Linux

Hi all,
I have been assigned the task of evaluating and choosing a RAD tool for the software house I work for. I'm half-way through evaluating PowerBuilder 11 and am about to take on Delphi.
One major concern for us is that our clients are very keen on having the software run on Linux. I understand that Kylix has been discontinued, but I was wondering whether .NET can help up address this requirement, since there's a couple of promising implementations around:
DotGNU: http://www.dotgnu.org/
Mono: http://www.mono-project.com/
Unfortunately for us, PB interfaces with native Windows DLLs, therefore any software we produce with it is restricted to Windows. Does Delphi 2007 restrict itself to pure .NET libraries? Is it possible to run Delphi-produced software on Linux?
Thanks
.
