Actually, I didn't. AFAIK, it's the resellers that set the prices
in their individual countries of operation.
It is CG that refuses to sell directly to customers all over the world by
ESD. If they did, local resellers wouldn't have such high prices.
If you don't think that is possible, have a look at www.realsoftware.com and
try to order a copy of REALbasic (they even have maintenance options similar
to your SA). You also have the choice of ordering in Euro's or USD. A quick
look at exchange rates show USD gives the best price. They also have the VAT
issue within the EU correct.
CG keeps living in pre-internet times, when it comes to worldwide ESD.
