Notebook for Delphi development - are glossy TFT's usable?

Hello all,

it is time for me to replace my notebook that I use for Delphi
development. I am contemplating a 17" HP nx9420 but I am
in doubt between the glossy and matte display varieties.
The glossy TFT has better color and a higher resolution but
also acts like a mirror.

Does anyone have experience with glossy TFT's?
Are they usable at all for program development work or
do you regret having one?
