The prices are determined by the CG. The prices that I posted are
from official CG sites.

AFAIK, the local sites are pretty autonomous. AFAIK, CodeGear US does
not set the price for something sold in, say, Germany or Singapore. You
should not forget that local laws and taxes may play a role, too.

If you look around a bit, you'll see that this is not uncommon in the
entire business world. The same car doesn't cost the same in each
different country either. And apparently, an iPod is also more
expensive in one country than in another. I have personally seen the
same for laptops and TVs, even in two neighbouring countries. We bought
our TV in the (nearby) Netherlands, which saved me 100 Euro (approx.
US$ 135).
