I'd say it's underperforming for its price. I'd rather CG fix that.

I think the only way to survive for Codegear is to go for the mass market.

That is assuming there's a mass market for Delphi. There isn't. Even if CG
gives it away for free, I much doubt that it could reach more than 120% of
the current market.
