What in the above that you quote can you disagree with? It's a fact!

Once CodeGear has produced Delphi and ship their version now they do
make their calculations and do make their profit. That's fine.
Producing some thousand
additional DVDs to be sold in "third world countries" as mentioned
above would
not flaw their calculactions as we are talking about a couple of
dollars for each
DVD only and probably some general expenses.

Ah, so once you've made some minimum expected "profit" on your product, you
are obligated to give any number of additional copies for cost or some
nominal profit? Why? Again if you *want* to, that's your choice, but why
should you *have* to?

You are saying CG should just churn out as many copies as they can
essentially give away beyond what they can sell in "rich" countries. Why
should they settle for a penny less profit than they can get? Or to reverse
things, why should people in "rich" countries be penalized with much higher
prices just because they have more dollars available? If a product is only
worth $100 in, say, Gambia, why should anyone in North America have to pay a
penny more?
