At least Ferrari doesn't have to worry about pirates making their cars available on the Internet, CodeGear does.

In what way current pricing policy helps CG to prevent piracy? I can safely tell you that it encourages piracy.

Soon as the former Chairman of the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation Ted Stevens (R-Alaska) told us that, "...the Internet is not something you just dump something on. It's not a big truck. It's a series of tubes..." I knew that pirates who intended to use the internet as a big car-carrier truck to ship discounted Ferrari cars were doomed for failure, regardless of the price they charged. ;-)
