AFAIK, the local sites are pretty autonomous. AFAIK, CodeGear US does
not set the price for something sold in, say, Germany or Singapore. You
should not forget that local laws and taxes may play a role, too.

In many cases, there are no local sites. Try to buy from US, UK or France
online shops and you'll be directed to digitalriver.com. For each country a
different page is displayed but in reality all transactions go to same
server. i.e. You have to pay 350$ more simply because your IP is from Europe
(excluding tax).
