Thanks for the attachment. I can reproduce the issue with your
attachment.
I have added the sample project to the QC as well as a screenshot of
how ALT+TAB appears.
In the screenshot you will see a version of the icon that is correct,
this version was built with the RTM version of Delphi 2007. The
executable with the bad icon in the ALT+TAB window was built in Vista
using Delphi 2007 with Update 1 applied.
When running the executable built with Update 1 on Vista, it also shows
the upscaled 16x16 icon in the Alt+TAB window.
