I am not sure what you mean. Our search path (Project / Options / Directories / Search path) has exactly three entries, all valid. Packages (we don't use any) are statically linked. Deleting almost all other paths in Tools / Options / Environment Options / Delphi Options / Library - Win32 (only the default paths were there anyway) made no difference.
Can you build other applications? Does it go fast on those other ones and slow only on your big one?
Yes. We are using Delphi for most of our products, as well as for many of our other personal projects. However, the application in question is the largest one. Even in this case, the problem started to appear gradually sometime after the 200,000 lines mark. It happens in all of our machines.
