Depends. If it were a dedicated app, i.e. the user buys his system to
run it, I'd simply tell them they'd need 1024x768 and program for that
size. That is what they did wit hthe software in my clinic. We only run
that app, and a backup app, by the same vendor, and (almost) nothing
else.

Otherwise I'd assume that people have at least 800x600. Nowadays,
people probably all have 1024x768.
