It's about reminding CodeGear why they have paying customers,

I've seen nothing to persuade me they need the reminders you're
throwing--and much to indicate that they consider the recent past--and
present--just as "unacceptable" as you do. And I've also seen the great
improvements underway, including the hiring of more tech writers. They
exihibit, it seems to me, an appropriate sense of urgency.

But we have a joke in our company about being given some project at the
beginning of a meeting, and being asked before the meeting's even over how
it's going and whether you're finished yet. You seem to have a similar sense
of time.
