Re: Math problem

Don,

Just for kicks I compiled your code. It compiled into a 72 KB
executable and ran just fine.

Then I thought that seems like a lot of executable bytes for such a
simple program. So, don't ask me why, I scrounged around and found an
ancient copy of TP 4.0. And it still ran. So I pointed it to a copy
of your code which I had saved to a .pas file. It took a few minor
changes but I was able to get it to Make an executable. (Amazing how
much I had forgotten about those days. <g>)

It compiled and ran, producing the same results as your Delphi code!

...the executable was ONLY 5 KB!!!

However, it was a "revelation" to me to re-visit what we had to
struggle through in those "ol'days" to write and compile code. I could
NEVER go back!!! We've come a long way, Baby!
