It would seem like a simple program to go through the database of SA customers, generate a key, update the database, and send the email.

Can anybody tell me a logical reason as to why I dont have a serial number when other people do ?

Because those non-S/A members of the Delphi community bought their
ESD (w/ or w/o S/A) and thusly get their serial #s quite quickly.

I don't see why you're complaining. At least you have one or two
days before you get your serial #. I have even *yet* to be able
to find out how much it is for RAD2007 here in Hong Kong. And yes,
I HAVE contacted the local retailer. I asked him how much it costs.
His response? "I will update you ASAP" That was LAST WEEK. Between
my initial e-mail that got the above response, I sent two more
e-mails. I got ZILCHO RESPONSE. Is a customer supposed to be
*this* frustrated in ordering, when others can go download the
ESD/ISO? I don't know what's holding up the response; but
1 week and counting to respond to a customer's enquiry as to how
much a product costs... I mean, what's there to say?
