Love it or loath it, we're stuck with Vista.

Or are we ?

My wife is a psychologist, and as clueless a user as you'll ever find.

I've slowly migrated her to Firefox, Thunderbird and OpenOffice, but only when she's had a whinge about the latest insanity from the M$ equivalent. And she's been quite happy with the results.

If it weren't for a few specialist psych testing programs, I'd have migrated her to Linux some time ago. Seems like time's approaching to check out Wine again, and perhaps some VMs.

I wonder how many CIOs are thinking the same way ?
