ccpack license

Hi,

since I have just adapted Sergey Orlik's ccpack to Delphi 2007, I wondered
what the license for this code is. It says "Copyright (c) 1997-99, Sergey
Orlik" in the sources and on code central the license is given
as "Copyright: All rights reserved" for CCPack5" and "Copyright: Open
Source or other" for the port to Delphi 7.

For the update for Delphi 2005 and 2006 I did a year ago I
selected "Copyright: No significant restrictions" which was probably wrong.

In order to not repeat this mistake this time, could somebody from
Borland/CodeGear or maybe Sergey himself, if he is still around, shed some
light on the question? The only email address given is @inprise.ru and I
guess he doesn't work there any more, or does he?
